Highland Coo Cattle Company – Farm Visit Terms and Conditions Effective Date: Jan. 1st, 2025 Welcome to Highland Coo Cattle Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all visits to our farm property and participation in any activities we offer. By booking or participating in a farm visit, you ("you," "your," or "Visitor") agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. **Booking and Payment** - All farm visits must be reserved in advance through our website or designated booking platforms. - Payment in full is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise specified. - We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time without notice. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy - **Visitor Cancellations:** - Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled visit. Company Cancellations: - We may cancel or reschedule a visit due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. - In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra charge. 3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver - Visitors acknowledge that farms are inherently risky environments and agree to assume all risks, including injury, illness (including but not limited to zoonotic diseases), or property damage. - By entering the farm, you voluntarily waive and release Highland Coo Cattle Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury or loss arising from your visit, to the fullest extent permitted by law. - This waiver applies to both adults and minors under your supervision. You are responsible for ensuring all minors in your group comply with these Terms. 4. **Visitor Conduct** - Always respect our staff, animals, property, and other visitors. - Do not feed, chase, or touch animals unless explicitly permitted and supervised. - No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed on the premises. - Children must be supervised at all times
